First Step: Research and Development

The laboratory is in the middle of the product reflection and conception.

All of our ranges are created here, enabling the company to innovate.

Our priority is to use natural, biosourced and recycled raw materials.

Second Step: Dispersal

Our raw materials are all introduced into the tank. The pigments are dispersed evenly in the binder thanks to a notched axle.

Third step: grinding

This step is essential in the creation of products. In fact, it reduces the size of pigment clusters to increase and optimize the product's color strength, without damaging the pigment.

Fourth strength: laboratory control

The color strength control is made to check if the shade is the exact same as that of the standard. The colorimetric values of the standard are also measured and validated against the CIRAM reference system, and we measure the deviation by spectrophotocolorimetry.

Further laboratory controls are put in place to check the quality of the product at the end of its fabrication. Then, the conditioning can begin.

Fifth step: silkscreen printing

Silkscreen printing is a process to print the transfer of ink through a silkscreen stretched over a frame. This method enables to design our containers with a remarkable precision.

The fabrication of the silkscreen and the printing of the containers are all made in our establishment.

Sixth Step: Conditioning and labeling

The products are poured from the top in the printed containers. They are welded by heating and pressing the material.

Then, the conditioned products are labelled and packaged in boxes for shipment.

‎ Richard does many kinds of conditioning (powders, liquids...) and in different sizes.
